The more information I have the more accurate a quote I can give. Please keep in mind that while I do allow some room within the budget for minor revisions any substantial changes will incur additional charges and affect turnaround time. I normally respond to inquiries within 24 hours Monday through Friday. I am currently only taking commissions of 10 models or less; it’s not a hard limit but lower model counts make it easier to guarantee a strict timeline on painting and delivery.

Payments

At this time I don’t require money up front but I do require payment in full before shipping the model back to a client.* Paypal is standard but I can also do Square or look into alternate payment methods on a case by case basis. *Exceptions to this would be larger commissions that might take an extended amount of time to paint, or if I need to purchase specific parts or materials.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is currently two weeks from when I receive the model, assuming a single model commission under 40mm without significant additional details. For larger models/more than one model I will provide an estimated turnaround time when giving a quote.

Progress Updates

I may or may not post progress pictures on my social media, please let me know if you’d rather not have progress pictures posted. Before final payment & shipping I send pictures of the finished product at all angles so that the client can sign off on it or let me know if any revisions need to be made. If there needs to be more back and forth as far as working out details or wanting progress updates please make note of it in the form below. A few emails back and forth are built into quotes, anything beyond that will need to be worked out ahead of time.
